Richard brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the equine industry, with a strong foundation in Animal Science from the University of Kentucky. Before relocating to the UAE, he was a licensed thoroughbred horse trainer in the United States, working closely with top racing and breeding operations. He previously served as the Hospital Stable Manager at Dubai Equine Hospital, where he oversaw a 70-stall facility and managed a team of 35. His areas of expertise include advanced imaging techniques such as scintigraphy. At ADECH, Richard leads the day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, high standards, and exceptional equine and camel care.
